While the Michael Rose Orchestra is no longer actively performing, our recordings are distributed worldwide by SONY and may be found on Pandora, YouTube, Spotify, etc.

We enjoy hearing from our fans who regularly listen to the music of the great American Big Bands. It was and still is the most powerful musical representation of the “Great American Songbook” and “The Greatest Generation.”

The Dance Band –
Michael Rose Orchestra is South Florida’s most popular and sought after professional Big Band.  17 musicians, along with the fabulous new vocal group “The Rosebuds”, performing hundreds of danceable swing band arrangements from the libraries of legendary greats… Glenn Miller, Harry James, Count Basie, Benny Goodman, Tommy Dorsey, Artie Shaw, Les Brown, Frank Sinatra and others…

Wedding and Major Gala Orchestra –
For the most exclusive celebrity weddings and large charity galas, the Michael Rose Orchestra consists of up to 37 pieces with 20 strings built into the larger framework. Suitable for dinner and dance music, The Michael Rose Orchestra with Strings serves up soft melodic love medleys of the great American songwriters, Jerome Kern, George Gershwin, Cole Porter and others. Then for dancing, the cookin’ Big Band captivates the celebrants with a full range of genres from Swing to Latin music to Classic Rock.  The Michael Rose Orchestra is proud to have provided the music for the recent wedding of Melania and Donald Trump.  Read more here…

The Show Orchestra –
Michael Rose Orchestra and Entertainment, the preeminent booking office in Palm Beach, provides show orchestras from 10 to 40 piece orchestras with strings.  Michael Rose Orchestra has performed with major acts: Maureen McGovern, Bernadette Peters, Frank Sinatra, Jr., The Temptations, Don Rickles, Tommy Tune, Neal Sedaka, Paul Anka, Tony Bennett, Al Martino, Billy Joel, Frankie Avalon, Debbie Boone, Johnnie Mathis and Wayne Newton.  Conductors may rely on our musicians who are consummate professionals.
